Special Notice: Southern California Water Regulation The rainy season is not over yet. It’s important to know that Southern California water restrictions have gotten a little stricter with the current drought situation. There is now a regulation requiring all non-sensor based irrigation controllers to be turned off during a rain event and to keep controllers off for 48 hours after the rain has stopped.
