I want you to know how impressed I was of your team's first day of the "Big Catchup" at our home. Rebecca and Mark can be proud of the effort and results of their team.  Well organized, orderly work.  In addition to the heavy lifting of the catchup work, Henry and his crew did what you call "Fine Gardening" .... the difference between their results and those of the past are noticeable. I just wanted to remind you of what you already know:  You have put together a fine team.

I have so much gratitude for the wonderful change you implemented in my home - thank you.  I was walking up the front this morning looking at how absolutely beautiful your implementation is.  Also, thank you for trimming the cannas they are so pretty right now blooming in the back.  I appreciate your work very much and I appreciate you.

I want to tell you how pleased Kathy and I are with the appearance of our property and particularly how pleased we are with Salvador’s attention to detail. He communicates with me regularly when I am here and points out any issues. He is always responsive to any concerns I have and anticipates very well. We just wanted you to know that we continue to be pleased with the relationship and are particularly appreciative of Salvador and his crew.

I think the new front garden is stunning. Marga and I are discussing some drought-tolerant plants we want to put into the stream bed and its banks. We will enjoy the "work-in-progress" gardening.

Your crews do such a nice job on our property, we appreciate the care they take and the direction of special treatment whenever they are here.

I wanted to let you know how happy we are we found your company. An incredible group of people. All so professional.

What a joy!  Jack and I are looking at the sun setting over our beautiful backyard.  We feel that, with your help, we have finally achieved what we wanted in our yard.  As you know, we have tried many times over the years, with different contractors, to explain our vision for our backyard.  Since we back onto Miramar Lake and have such a potentially grand view, we wanted to maximize the view while incorporating more California native plants and a drier landscape.  Jack wanted a dry stream bed, and we both wanted a big fountain for the large numbers of birds that visit our property. We had been unsuccessful in accomplishing our goal.  Then, fortunately, we met you.  You came a number of times to our home and walked the yard with us, listening to what we wanted.  You brought references, took us to look at boulders, and researched the most successful natives.  You studied the contours of our yard and told us, from a horticultural standpoint, what would work best.  After the preliminary meetings, we both had confidence that you knew exactly what we wanted. Your work crews really impressed us – they were always on time, knowledgeable, polite, hard-working and very well trained.  They did every job beautifully, from laying the flagstone to building the retaining walls, to plumbing the fountain, to prepping the soil and planting – we just could not have been more pleased.  I know they have regular in-service training, and it really shows. We want to give special kudos to your supervisor for our job, Nick Armitage.  It didn’t take long for us to realize that Nick is not only a wonderful human being but extremely competent with all aspects of the job.  He was here daily, when necessary, checking on the workmen, laying out the plants, ordering what was needed, and keeping us updated always.  We just can’t sing Nick’s praises enough.  For the first time in our landscaping history, we were able to relax, knowing that everything would be done perfectly. Thank you, Bill, for your professionalism, your wonderful crew, your exceptional supervisor, and your wonderful and imaginative vision.  You took our ideas and ran with them, and we could not be happier. Keep up the great work!  It has truly been a pleasure.
